3. What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our minimums vary depending on the garment type and fabric availability. Generally, we start with 20–50 pieces per style, but we’re flexible for capsule or sample collections.

4. Where are your products manufactured?
We partner with trusted manufacturing facilities in El Salvador & USA, and select global workshops that meet our quality and ethical standards.

5. Can you help with design and fabric sourcing?
Yes — we provide end-to-end development support, including fabric sourcing, trims, technical drawings, and fit sampling. We can also connect you with sustainable textile suppliers upon request.

6. What is your typical production timeline?
Timelines depend on the complexity of your collection and order size. On average:

  • Sampling: 2–4 weeks

  • Production: 6–12 weeks
    We’ll always provide a detailed schedule before production begins.

7. Do you offer sustainable or ethical production options?
Yes. Ethical production is at the core of our philosophy. We prioritize sustainable materials, low-waste manufacturing, and fair labor practices across all partnerships.

9. What are your digital products?
Our digital downloads include business kits, templates, and resources designed for fashion entrepreneurs and independent designers — helping you streamline planning, production, and branding.

10. How do I receive my digital product?
All digital items are delivered instantly via download link once your payment is processed. You’ll receive an email with access to your files immediately after checkout.

11. Are refunds available for digital products?
Because digital products grant instant access to valuable content, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

12. What if I didn’t receive my download link?
